Going down to Glasgow ...
01/10/2004 Source: Jessica Martin

The Galactic Senate: polls & voting for October 2004.

Nothing gladdens our heart more than to see democracy in action in the science fiction and fantasy world. If you feel the same, dear user, then here's our current and past online polls, as voted for by many a fine fellow (you too can vote, but choose wisely) ...

Going down to Glasgow ...

When we last checked there was only 10 months, 10 days, and 20 hours to the next World Science Fiction Convention - and in 2005 it's Glasgow's turn to host the worldcon.

So, gentle 'Nest reader, can we count on your presence in Scotland next year for the week's worth of SFF'estivities - or will you be staying at home and washing your hair instead?

Vote now ...

Cook me a haggis and save the last fried Mars Bar for me, because it's Glasgow here I come.

I'm afraid I'll be mostly watching StarGate repeats the week the World Con is in Scotland.
